Johannesen Illustration & Design is a Maryland-based creative studio which started in 2006. Ji&D was started by Greg Johannesen, the sole proprietor. Greg has 19 years of experience working in the visual communication field as both an Illustrator and Graphic Designer. Greg has received many accolades and awards from his peers. Previously, Greg had been with a direct marketing firm as an illustrator, designer, and web developer; worked in multiple print shops as designer and production coordinator; worked as a senior designer with a consumer product company, and was theNew Media Director with a communications firm.

Ji&D has grown consistently. Word of mouth has been the best advertising, spawned by Ji&D’s reputation for being dependable, talented, and fast. Long lasting relationships with clients, some for over 15, years has resulted. Ji&D goal is to partner with my clients to further their mission through thoughtful and effective creative.

Ji&D serves all of the clients needs, from design to production and from copy-writing to editing. Ji&D utilizes the use of the web to expedite and lower costs for deliverables throughout the design process. That is not to say a face to face meeting is not an important part of the process. In fact, communication is encouraged.
